January is that time of year when we start afresh, with a blank slate, and think about the possibilities that the new year holds for us.
I have a few things that I want to focus on
- Healthy eating
- My mission (work focus)
- Deepening personal relationships
- Getting back to yoga
The best way to make big things happen in a new year, I’ve found, is to create actual daily rituals that you’ll practice every day (or at least, every day that you’re able to). Big, abrupt changes rarely work and the way you can change your life over time is with the power of small, daily steps, a routine that builds momentum and the courage to break through your limits when you reach them.
